NOTE: All clog purchases made between 6-12 October will be shipped only on 13 October. We’re a family business, and apart from the kids, we need a little breather too once in a while. We hope this does not deter you from your purchase, and you can wait a few extra days for your lovely clogs! With love, Karolina and Co 

 

Apart from clogs, we also love our planet, which is why we’ve teamed up with an ethical and environmentally-friendly Australian company for our envelopes: Hero Packaging makes 100% compostable, zero-waste shipping bags. We love their approach, and hope you do too.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We charge for Australia delivery for urban area $13.
  • Shipping to New Zealand is at an additional cost and delivery may take up to 6-8 days. The extra fee will be added at checkout.
  • We ship from Adelaide 1-2 days after purchase. Most urban areas may be delivered to within 1-3 business days, but some farther locations may take as many as 4-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

  • 30 day returns – items must be postmarked within 30 days or they will not be accepted.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase date
  • Items should be unworn and include all original tags/packaging
  • All packaging including the original box should be included
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping fees you may have paid on your order
  • We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
  • Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company
  • We’ll email you a confirmation once your returned item is received
  • We’ll give you a refund for your purchase. Refund amount will be deducted by costs of afterpay, paypal or eWay fee and any shipping costs we have paid
  • We only refund faulty items. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact us immediately at hello@loveofclogs.com and describe imperfections and send photos
  • We’ll not cover costs of shipment in case of exchange of your clogs. Your exchanged pair of clogs will be sent once the shipping costs are paid in full
  • We can not refund or exchange sale items

Additional FAQ

Will I be refunded for shipping charges?

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like expedited shipping added to your original order.

Why haven’t I seen my refund applied to my credit card?
While we may have received your item and processed your refund, credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.

How do I return an item that is defective or different from what I ordered?
