When you place an order on LoveofClogs.com (the Website) you agree to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and New Zealand and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

CLOGS PAYMENT TYPES

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments using a secured part of the Checkout Page. The company that processes the payments and stores credit card information is e-Way. Its Terms & Conditions as well as Privacy Policy are available for reference here.

PayPal payments are also possible. Their privacy policy may be viewed here.

LOVE OF CLOGS SECURITY INFORMATION

Your card details are sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank. Love Clogs does not have access to any information about the card or your bank account. The secure server software (SSL) is one of the industry standards and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.

Your card is debited when you check out at the cashier in the eCommerce site Loveofclogs.com and confirm your order.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR CLOGS ORDER

Once your clogs order has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that these emails are sometimes blocked by your server.

VALIDATION CHECKS

All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, there may be a validation of the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records. A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the loveofclogs.com website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your clog order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information.

CREDIT

Credit terms may be offered by LOVE OF CLOGS and will clearly be stated on the invoice, failure to meet these payment terms may result in legal action being taken without prior notice and a reasonable charge may be made for interest on the outstanding amount and recovery costs.

CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE

We are based in Australia and consequently our base currency is the Australian dollar ($AUD). All transactions will be conducted in $AUD.  If purchasing from New Zealand, your bank or card provider may use a worse or better rate for your actual purchase and Love of Clogs are not liable for any difference in the rate between what is shown on our site and what is charged to you by your bank. Also we cannot cover any other associated costs such as bank charges. Similarly with returns, we will refund you the $AUD amount received. Due to changes in exchange rates you may receive less than you originally paid or you may receive more.  We will not ask you to repay any extra funds received but also cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to exchange rate changes.

Apart from clogs, we also love our planet, which is why our suppliers adhere to ethical standards. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights.

All of our suppliers source the wood for the production of their soles in Poland, therefore ensuring a low carbon footprint, and using sustainably felled timber. As a member of the European Union, Poland is bound by labour laws and regulations ensuring that European minimum wages are met and surpassed. The same applies to health and safety regulations.
